The junior game of putting things in order.

Shortlisted for Best Australian Game 2009SORTS FOR KIDSis the junior version of the game of putting things in order. It's a fabulous game for parents to play with their young children - easiest enough for the kids to win and challenging enough for parents to have fun!

Sorts for kids plays on everyone's fascination with listing and comparing things. Things like heights, weights, widths, depths, ages and speeds.

Sort these things by weight - from heaviest to lightest:

a cat
an elephant's daily poo
a family car
a litre of water

Are you right?

a family car
more than 1000 kg
an elephant's daily poo
110 kg
a cat
about 5 kg
a litre of water
1 kg

Another really fun part of Sorts for kids is called Line-up. When players pick a line-up card they must line themselves up according to all manner of fun and wacky criteria.

Line-up:
Sort yourselves by the number of buttons you have on the clothes you are wearing right now [most to least].

And you never know who is going to get the points - it might be the players with the most, the least of those in-between! Line-ups really help to make Sorts for kids a lively, active board game.

There are hundreds of topics specifically for kids covering just about any area of the natural and made world. Sorts for kids will have you, your family and friends, laughing, learning and really sorting yourselves out!
