Goliath Acquires Britz Marketing

Britz Marketing and Goliath announce today that Goliath has acquired the Britz Marketing business. Goliath will transition to have Wahu & Britz’n Pieces run as brands under the Crown & Andrews business as of March 28, 2018.

“We are confident that combining these two iconic Australian companies will reinforce Goliath’s position as a major player in the Australian market. Goliath Acquires JAX

JAX and Goliath announced today that Goliath has acquired JAX Ltd., Inc. JAX will continue to operate out of Plymouth, Minnesota. The Levine family will stay in their leadership roles with Cindy, Kreg, and Debbie Levine moving the company forward.

Both of our companies share similar origins of using grassroots promotion to build games from the ground up. Goliath Acquires Elephanta

Elephanta and Goliath are pleased to announce that the Goliath Group has made a strategic investment in Wellington based toy distributor Elephanta in New Zealand.

This will combine the strength of Elephanta’s well-established expertise, reputation, and knowledge of the local New Zealand toy market with Goliath’s significant international resources, efficiencies, and product development.

“We are delighted to welcome Sunil and his team to the Goliath family. They are an excellent fit for us, with many similar products already being distributed by us elsewhere in the world. With our recent successes in Australia it made perfect sense to take this step,” said Adi Golad, founder of Goliath.
